Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at The Smocked Swan! We are a small business and truly appreciate your support! We hope you love your purchase with us, but we understand that sometimes things don’t always work! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
- Full Price Items: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return full price items for store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed, as well as make-up, perfume, and smoke free.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We are happy to send you a return label for $10 that will come off your store credit. If you would like a return label, please email us at services@thesmockedswan.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, you will be provided a store credit code via email to be entered at checkout during your next purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the processing of your return and the store credit to be issued!

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
